Nomura Smithy Bear
1960’s, Nomura (Japan) battery operated Smithy Bear. Once switched on he pounds the iron bar with his hamper, lighting up the anvil base each time he hits whilst moving his head from side to side. Approx. 10cm wide x 20cm high x 14cm deep x 305g weight. Good working order condition. Can be difficult ‘getting started’ due to the sweet spot on the switch is somewhere in the middle, but very cute once going.
